You must NOT engage in the following activities:

• 🔒 Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Platform without permission
• 🔒 Attempt to overload, flood, or perform DDoS attacks on our servers
• 🔒 Try to access other users' accounts, data, or sessions
• 🔒 Inject malicious code (XSS, SQL injection, etc.) into our Platform
• 🔒 Scrape, copy, or redistribute our website content without authorization
• 🔒 Exploit any vulnerabilities in our Platform — report them to us instead
• 🔒 Tamper with browser console, local storage, or cookies to bypass restrictions
• 🔒 Use proxy services or VPNs to circumvent rate limits or bans

Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Platform, including its design, layout, code, branding, logo, and all underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Akshay AI Tools. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5.2 Your Content

Content you generate using our AI tools belongs to you. However:

• AI-generated content may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from copyright issues
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it commercially

6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

• Free accounts are subject to reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
• We reserve the right to implement rate limiting, usage caps, or temporary restrictions
• Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban
• We may modify usage limits at any time with or without prior notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Generated content should not be used as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Akshay AI Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any)

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited technical activities
• Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
• You abuse the Platform or our AI tools

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akshay AI Tools, its creators, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
